Buying an old farm and farmhouse is not for the feint of heart. There are always more things to deal with than you first anticipate. Ugly is not bad but a good foundation both physically and mentally on your part is a MUST. We can help with What to look for and maybe supply you with some of the things to help along the way.
Below is a picture of our Barn when we purchased the property. Lots of sweat, a few Amish helpers and God’s Grace got us to where it is today.
